We are delighted to announce that with effect from Sunday, 1st September 2024 the firms of Felton McKnight LLP based in Greystones and Amorys Solicitors LLP based in Sandyford have merged. The merged firm will trade as “Amorys Solicitors LLP incorporating Felton McKnight”.
The Sandyford office and the Greystones office will continue to operate as usual and the roles and functions of all staff members will continue without any change.
This is an exciting development for us all. It merges two business which are both complimentary in terms of professional skill sets and enabling in terms of the provision of our legal services to the vastly extended reach of our combined client base, both corporate and private. Our combined firm will offer a wide range of commercial law services to corporate clients and commercial real estate services to property developers and investors alike as well as all the private services which we have been offering to date.
With our enlarged and highly skilled resources in commercial law, residential and commercial property, probate and commercial litigation, Mental Health Law and Health Care Law we can continue to provide all our legal services at the highest level.
